What is the duration of working with me?

The duration of collaboration depends on the chosen package and lasts for 30 days. If you wish to continue, you can extend the package for another month.

How long will I wait for my diet and training plan?

You will receive your diet and training plan within 72 hours (3 business days) after payment is confirmed and your questionnaire is completed. In exceptional circumstances and during holiday periods, delivery may be extended to 5 business days.

During the collaboration period, can I ask questions and expect changes to be made?

When you purchase a package, you receive full support. I respond to your questions daily or weekly, depending on the package. As for making changes, they are implemented continuously based on your progress.

Can I purchase a package in advance?

Yes, you can! Just mention in the additional information at the time of purchase when you would like the package to start.

What does the diet look like? Is it monotonous?

The diet is designed using high-quality ingredients and wholefoods, without rigid meal rules or patterns. You have the flexibility to choose how many meals are in your daily menu and which foods to include. With the substitution table, you can customize your meals according to your preferences and budget!

Are all plans customized?

Yes, all plans are tailored individually, which is why we use detailed questionnaires to ensure they meet your specific needs perfectly.

Where do personal training sessions take place?

Personal training sessions are held at selected gyms in Krakow, most often at My Fitness Place located at ul. Zakopiańska 62B. If you have any doubts, it’s best to contact me beforehand. Additionally, there is an option to conduct training at home or outdoors, of course, after prior arrangements.

Are any medical tests required to create a diet plan?

tests are not mandatory, but having them allows me to tailor the diet plan more accurately, recommend appropriate supplementation, and rule out any health issues that may affect your results. They serve as a valuable roadmap for understanding your needs.

Do you offer vegan, vegetarian, or specialized diets (for conditions like Hashimoto, insulin resistance, thyroid issues, etc.)?

Yes, I create a variety of diets tailored to different needs, except for vegan and vegetarian options. Simply select the appropriate package and specify your condition in the questionnaire.

Is it possible to create a diet for a couple based on the same ingredients?

Absolutely! The diet can be designed so that both individuals can prepare meals together, with variations mainly in portion sizes. To utilize this option, each partner should indicate their request in the additional information section of their order, specifying, "I want to combine the plan with [insert the other person's name]."

Is it possible to simultaneously build muscle mass and burn fat?

Unfortunately, it is not possible! To burn fat, we need to be in a caloric deficit, while building muscle requires a caloric surplus. That's why choosing the right plan is crucial at the beginning. The photos included in the questionnaire help determine an appropriate goal.

How do I know if I need to lose weight or if I can build muscle?

If your body fat level is moderate to high, you should prioritize a reduction phase (fat loss) before transitioning to muscle building. To assess this accurately, I need the photos included in the questionnaire, which will help determine an appropriate goa

This varies for each individual. It depends on your current physique, fitness level, and commitment to the process. It's always best to allow yourself ample time and approach your goals steadily.
